We come into each incarnation at a point in psychic development where we left off in the process at the time of transition in a previous incarnation. While the soul and psychic self are on the Psychic Plane awaiting reincarnation, certain work is being accomplished and certain knowledge attained ; but that phase of psychic development which is capable of manifestation while in the human body must be developed on the earth plane ; and this ceases, to some degree, while on the Cosmic Plane.
